Private-feeling. Exceptionally placed.

Small in scale.
Remarkable in character.

Crystal Bay pairs a wooded, residential shoreline with the energy of the North Shore’s historic casino corridor. Its appeal is the combination: a quiet home setting with evenings out close by.

Coveted lakefront living

Rocky coves, expansive water views and individually designed residences define the waterfront. Waterfront estates can sit at the very top of Tahoe’s luxury market; a small number of sales can move local statistics sharply.

Stillwater Cove.
A waterfront enclave.

Stillwater Cove is a private lakefront condominium community with 47 homeowner units, offering a different ownership experience from a standalone estate.

The association describes a private beach and marina, restaurant, gym, tennis, swimming pool and spa. Confirm availability, operating seasons, fees, boat accommodation and guest policies with the association for the specific purchase.

These are Stillwater Cove amenities, not benefits included with every Crystal Bay home. Request current HOA and CC&R documents through Crystal and the seller.

Different homes.
Different ways to own.

Crystal Bay includes condominium residences as well as detached homes. Stillwater Cove is a notable option for buyers seeking a private community with shared lake amenities.

Detached hillside & view homesMore individual control over the home and grounds, with privacy, views and access that vary by site.Driveway grade, winter access, parking, maintenance, insurance and any recorded association or road obligations.
Single-family lakefront estatesDirect waterfront positioning and individually designed living spaces; some properties have permitted private or shared shoreline improvements.Actual beach, pier, buoy and lift rights; permits, shared agreements, shoreline maintenance and TRPA requirements.

For a smaller footprint or a second home, compare condominium ownership with a detached home’s upkeep. Shared amenities can add convenience, while dues and association responsibilities remain part of the decision.

The water is the reason

Make the shoreline
part of your life.

Boating, a morning paddle and an evening by the lake are central to the appeal. The details of access matter just as much as the view.

Private waterfront rights

A pier, buoy, beach, boat lift or shared access is not automatic. Confirm recorded rights, permits, maintenance obligations, transfer terms and actual boat capacity for each home.
